Responsibilities

The Role – Both brain and heart in the line

As a Maintenance Engineer with us, you are not just sitting behind a desk. You are the link between analysis and action. You are responsible for driving our processes forward, where your understanding of technical flows becomes crucial.

Your main tasks:

• Operational focus: You are active in troubleshooting and ensure that production runs smoothly.
• Continuous improvements: You work in our maintenance systems to optimize processes and drive change initiatives.
• Process understanding: You immerse yourself in complex flows within production and cleanroom environments.

This role is quite operational, requiring the ability to handle administrative work as well as being actively involved in troubleshooting.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who enjoy working within projects and administration and have a technical focus. Since we are in a changing environment, you need to be unpretentious, flexible, and comfortable when conditions change.

We are looking for you who have:

• Engineer education or at least three years of experience in an engineer role
• Experience with projects and transition from project to operational organization
• Experience from the manufacturing industry
• Experience working in maintenance systems
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English.
• Advantageous: Experience with aseptic filling and GMP.
